The inbox your team clocks into, where every shift's work actually happens.
Chatter Software →Run your chatting team like an operation, not a group chat.
Qreators gives OnlyFans managers a complete team layer: shift scheduling, live presence, planned-vs-actual coverage and configurable sales attribution.
All connected to the same conversations and sales your team produces nothing bolted on, nothing guessed.
Schedule shifts the way your agency actually works.
Plan on a daily or weekly calendar, per creator. Create assigned shifts for a specific chatter, or open shifts that any eligible chatter can claim, first come, first served. Set shifts to repeat weekly, run overnight across midnight, and let Qreators catch conflicts and overlaps before they happen. Every teammate sees the schedule in their own timezone.
See who is actually working, in real time.
The Live Floor shows who is clocked in, on which creator, since when, and whether they have gone idle, updated live as your team clocks in and out. If you want a hard rule, enable clock-in required for messaging: chatters simply cannot send messages until their shift has started, enforced on the server, not just hidden buttons.
Compare what was planned with what was done.
Every shift tracks its coverage: how much of the scheduled window was actually worked, at a glance (on-target, partial, missed). Clock-in sessions are recorded, and a chatter covering several creators at once is never double-counted in their global hours.
Planned window vs. actual clocked-in time, per shift.
Attribute every sale to the right person.
Choose how PPV purchases are credited: to the chatter who sent that exact message, or to the last active chatter within a window you define (15 minutes to 3 hours). Tips follow their own window. Sales anchor to the moment the work was done, so a PPV unlocked days later still credits the right shift. And when something needs a human decision, reassign the sale manually: the affected shift reports recalculate immediately.
Measure performance per shift, per chatter, per creator.
Each completed shift becomes a report: sales (PPV vs. tips), messages sent, PPVs sent and unlocked, unlock rate, golden ratio, fans contacted, average response time. Zoom out to the chatter leaderboard, then drill into any teammate's per-creator breakdown and transaction list. Set a commission rate per shift, see it alongside the shift's sales details, and export any period to CSV for payroll and archives.

Team management questions
Can chatters claim open shifts?
Yes. Open shifts are visible to eligible chatters and claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once claimed, the shift becomes theirs and shows on the schedule like any assigned shift.
How does sales attribution handle a PPV bought hours after it was sent?
Attribution anchors to the moment the message was sent, not the purchase time. The revenue lands on the shift and chatter who did the work, even if the fan unlocks later.
Can I correct an attribution mistake?
Yes. A manager can reassign any sale to another chatter with a shift covering that moment. The old and new shift reports both recalculate.
Does presence tracking spy on my team's computers?
No. Qreators tracks activity inside Qreators: clock-ins, conversations opened, messages sent. There is no keystroke logging or screen monitoring.
