On each member’s own attributed sales. The goal a chatter pushes for every shift.
Per creator
A tier for each creator assigned to a member, added up. Every creator they grow counts.
Team
On the team’s total, paid to the members you choose. The whole floor pulls in the same direction.
The tier they reach is the bonus you pay.
Goals come straight from the bonuses you set in Team Payouts. When the period closes, the tier reached is already in their payout, ready to be marked paid. No second list, and no debate about the numbers.

Leaderboard questions
What does a member see on the leaderboard?
Only what you allow for their role: their own goal and their team goal, their team’s ranking with or without amounts, or every team. Owners see everything.
Is the leaderboard live?
Yes. Progress, ranks and the goal card on the dashboard follow sales as they come in.
Where do the goals come from?
From the bonuses you set in Team Payouts: individual, per creator or team, with tiers you name yourself. The leaderboard ranks members on those goals.
Can I see exactly what a member sees?
Yes. From Team, Management, “View member’s leaderboard” opens their view, with their role’s visibility rules.
How are teams set up?
In Team settings: a name, a lead and members of any role, one team per member. Members without a team are listed together under No team.
